July 5, 2008  Wetlands viewing - Birders, nature lovers and the curious are invited to drop by the Bolsa Chica Ecological Reserve, one of the West Coast's significant flyways for migrating birds. Bring binoculars to enjoy even closer views of these soaring creatures. Location: Pacific Coast Highway between Seapoint and Warner on the east side of the highway. Enjoy 300 acres, plus a 1.5 mile loop trail.  No pets or bikes permitted on the trails. Open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. 

 

July 5, 2008  Disc Frisbee Golf  - The public is invited to get out and compete in this exciting sport that's relaxing and easy to learn. Location: Huntington Beach Disc Golf Course, Central Park lot off Golden West Street between Talbert and Ellis. Time: Daily. Call: (714) 425-9931.

 

July 5, 2008  Golden West College Swap Meet in the Golden West College parking lot includes New & Used Items, Fresh Produce, Records, Music Memorabilia, Antiques & Collectibles and much more!
