Support the Huntington Beach Police Department Mounted Enforcement Unit from Noon - 3 p.m. with a $5 donation for your spaghetti lunch served on Zack's patio right next to Pier Plaza on the north side of Huntington Beach Pier, 405 Pacific Coast Highway, Huntington Beach, CA.
