Shades Restaurant and Bar at the Hilton Waterfront Beach Resort in Huntington Beach invites guests to ring in the New Year at Shades Restaurant with a decadent 5 course dinner. The menu, imagined by Executive Chef Jeff Littlefield, offers a variety of fresh fare. To top it all off, dinner will be complemented with a glass of champagne, special party favors and live entertainment.

First Course

with Grilled Artichoke Salad and Balsamic Reduction
