Silverado Vineyards from Napa Valley offers great wines to be poured with each course that evening. Carneros Chardonnay and Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon called "Solo" which is 100% Cabernet and comes from the Stag's Leap District, are two extremely popular wines.
