Stag's Leap Wine Dinner!
Luggatti’s Wine Dinner
Monday, February 11th @ 6:00pm
Hosted by Stag's Leap Winery
Luggatti’s Italian Grill will be
closed to the public on Monday,
February 11th for a Wine Dinner.
Tickets to the wine dinner will
be pre-sold and attendance will
be on a first come basis for
pre-paid guests only. Limited
seating is available!
The evening will begin at
approximately 6:00 pm. Guests
are seated in the main dining
room only. The Pizzeria and the
Patio will be closed to seating
for this event. The bar will be
open to satisfy the needs of
guests at the wine dinner.
A five course meal...Below
are some possible combinations
presented by a guest chef, to be
announced later this month:
1st Course – Starter/Antipasti
will consist of our Homemade
Fresh Mozzarella stuffed with
Parma Prosciutto and Roasted
Yellow Peppers and Basil. Served
with a Red and Yellow Cherry
Tomato Salad
Wine pairing will be Sauvignon
Blanc
2nd Course – Appetizer will
consist of Crab Crusted Scallops
in a Lemon/Thyme Buerre Blanc
Served with a Roasted Garlic
Risotto Cake
Wine pairing will be Chardonnay
3rd Course – Pasta consisting of
Homemade Gnocchi with a Veal
Ragout and Finished with Sweet
Ricotta
Wine pairing will be Cabernet
Sauvignon
4th Course – Main Dish
consisting of Fillet Mignon
topped with Pesto, Sundried
Tomato and Fontina Served in a
Peppercorn Brandy Sauce with a
side of Goat Cheese Mashed
Potatoes and vegetable
Wine pairing will be Cabernet
Sauvignon
5th Course – Dessert will be the
Chef’s Surprise!
Wine served will be Port
The cost of the Wine Dinner will
be $95.00 per person (not
including tax and gratuity).
Reservations with cash, checks
and credit cards only. Stag's
Leap wine will be sold by the
bottle and case at the end of
the evening.
