2nd Saturday Beach Cleanup hosted by Surfrider Foundation Huntington / Seal Beach and every 4th Saturday of every month (8 a.m. to 12 p.m.) 8 a.m. to Noon 12 p.m.

Surfrider Foundation seeks volunteer to keep beaches clean! Calling all beach lovers. Come out and support clean beaches by pitching in and picking up. Trash accumulates that the sand machines can't catch. If you help out, you'll get the satisfaction of knowing that you've had a hand in helping locals and tourists learn and grow toward cleaner beaches, and respect for the coast.

Parking is free at Bolsa Chica State Beach for those who arrive before 10am. Just show up! Bring work or garden gloves and a bucket, reusable bag, or other bag that you were already planning to throw out. Don't forget the sunscreen! Beach clean up may be canceled due to rain.
