This annual event is a Huntington Beach fundraiser

Annual Walk Run Read 5K is an easy 3.1 mile walk/run in the park is designed for all ages and fitness levels. Get in a morning stroll and support your neighborhood literacy program.  Proceeds support  literacy services, books, tutor training and learner support.

Bib pick up and registration will be on April 22nd at the Literacy Office located at Huntington Beach Central Library, 7111 Talbert Ave, Huntington Beach, CA 92648 from 10 am to 2 pm.

There will be lots of FREE parking next to the park off of Central Park Dr. The race will start near the picnic shelter near Kathy May's Restaurant. For your GPS, put in Kathy May's Restaurant at 6622 Lakeview Dr, Huntington Beach CA 92648.

Story time will be offered for children immediately following the kids fun run.
