Trick or Treat - at Seacliff Shopping Center.

Seacliff Village hosts an annual center-wide Trick or Treat event featuring free candy distributed by participating stores and restaurants.

This family-friendly event includes balloon art and face painting on the sidewalk outside of Starbucks.
