Location: Bolsa Chica State Beach (north end of beach), between Warner Ave & Seapoint on Pacific Coast Highway, Huntington Beach, CA.

A new, one-day only festival celebrates Christianity, music and surfing Labor Day weekend. The one-day event will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Location: North end of Bolsa Chica State Beach.

More than 50 vendors will set up shop, and eight bands will provide live music throughout the day.

Free surf lessons will be given to the first 40 children who arrive, he said. The only church in Sunset Beach seeks to give back to the Huntington Beach community. The church is located in Peter's Landing with services on Sundays.

Labour (or Labor) of Love Festivals are held in cities throughout the nation on Labor Day Weekend. While the type of entertainment varies from city to city, the events are held to pay homage to one of the special national holidays.
