The Setting

Aloha Grill is primarily a restaurant. It is located in downtown Huntington Beach on Main Street and is a 2nd story restaurant. Elevator access or stairs are available. It features indoor seating, a cozy cocktail bar and outdoor patio, all located on the 2nd floor of building that overlooks Main Street. Because of its limited space, the musical entertainment is mostly instrumental such as guitar.

The Music

The bands are small--usually a single musician, duo or trio performing soft rock and popular music not requiring much amplification. Hawaiian, Classic Rock and Reggae are several types of music advertised.

Aloha Grill features music several nights per week.

The schedule has been this:

Friday 5pm - Midnight

Saturday 5pm - Midnight

Sunday 5pm - 8pm

The vibe

Aloha Grill is beach casual, Hawaiian themed The outdoor patio is a great place to spend a luncheon with friends in the California sun (just two blocks from the beach) and turns into a place to socialize at night, especially after 9 p.m.

The Food

Aloha Grill serves a menu of salads, sandwiches, tropical and sushi. The food is consistently good and the cocktails popular.

The Drinks

Known for its draft and bottled beers, some wines, and cocktails such as the House Special, the World Famous Rainbow with 5 ingredients: peach on the beach, Maui melon, blue Hawaiian, Love in a Bucket, Rum Runner and all with the Ron Rio Light Rum, the cocktail is a frosted drink with the colors of the rainbow lined up in the glass...blue, red, yellow...
