Women's Self Defense Workshop March 15, 2014

This community event is a 90 minute women's self defense workshop open to women of all ages and physical abilities. Women will work hands on to learn a variety of techniques to help get themselves out of situations involving one or more attackers that could compromise their personal safety. Time: 10:30 a.m. - 12 p.m. Cost: $15 per person for non Surf City Fit Club members. Location: Surf City Fit Club, 16651 Gothard Street, Suite G, Huntington Beach, CA.
