December 25, 2004    Christmas Day Buffet at the Hilton Waterfront Beach Resort. All you can eat Fruits, Berries, Cheeses, California Farmer's Greens, Waterfront Sushi Selection, Traditional Shrimp Cocktail, Smoked Chicken and Napa Cabbage, Farfalle Pasta and Italian Sausage Salad, Traditional Caesar Salad, Waterfront Seafood Ceviche, Classic Tossed Cobb Salad, Oven Roasted Steamship of Beef, Roasted Free Range Turkey, Maple Glazed Stuffing, Pan Seared Swordfish, Grilled Chicken Breast, Buttermilk Whipped Potatoes, Honey Glazed Sweet Potatoes, Asparagus, Holiday Dessert Extravaganza. December 25, 2004  Snowflakes light up the Huntington Beach Pier and Main Street through New Year's Day. Approximately 84 artificial snowflakes strewn with twinkling lights adorn light downtown Huntington Beach. They are a delight to see. There are 48 on the pier and 36 stretching along Main Street from Pacific Coast Highway to Orange Avenue. Traditionally placed along Main Street with corporate sponsorship plaques attached to them, funding cuts have changed the procedure this year.
