Surfing Association NSSA 2005/2006 Southwest Conference Explorer Season
competition. Contest 6 in this series is an A rated 2-day event from January
7 to 8. It will be held at Seaside Reef in Cardiff-by-the-Sea. It is open to
(age as of 1/1/06) mens 18 and up; juniors 15 to 17 years; boys 13 to 14
years old; menehuene 12 and under; longboard all ages; masters 24 to 34
years; seniors 35 to 44; super seniors 45 and up; girls 14 and under; womens
all ages. Fee: $95 one time membership. $45 pre-registration; day of
registration as space permits is $60. Mail entries to NSSA, P.O Box 495,

January 8, 2006 Art - Windows Gallery in
Huntington Beach Central Library is holding its annual Member's Co-op Show
of the Huntington Beach Art League. Located on the first floor of the
library, the exhibit features works from amateur and professional artists
with varied themes that range from landscapes to abstracts. This mixed media
exhibit is free to see. Membership to the nonprofit Huntington Beach art
club is open to the public. This special show goes through February 28,
