March 16 - 19, 2006 National Professional Paintball
League NPPL World Tour - 2006 Super 7 Series - Huntington Beach will be the
first stop of the 2006
National
Professional Paintball League Super 7 Series. See
fantastic play from return groups such as Dynasty, Avalanche, Empire and
Naughty Dogs. Registration fills up rapidly with teams from around the globe
competing for the World Title which is earned through points acquired in the
tour stops: Huntington Beach , Tampa , Denver , Pittsburg IAO, San Diego and
Miami. Huntington Beach is on the beach play with sand-tarped net arenas,
bleachers and free admission. Audience - old clothes recommended as paint
splashes outside the arena. A vendor expo with tents and booths
includes, products, paint guns, paintballs, clothing, gear, paintball
supplies, great souvenir clothing and autograph signing. Location:
Huntington City Beach north of the HB Pier at Pacific Coast Highway and Main

Scholastic Surfing Association NSSA 2005/2006 Southwest Conference Open
Season Students Only. This A rated 2-day event is contest #9. It runs from
March 18 to 19. It will be held at north side of the Crystal Pier at Pacific
Beach in San Diego. It is open to students only (age as of 1/1/06) mens 16
and up; juniors 13 to 15 years; boys 12 and under; mini groms 10 and under;
longboard all ages; womens all ages. Fee: $95 one time membership. $45
pre-registration; day of registration as space permits is $60. Mail entries

Derelicts share Hot Rods, Street Cars, Woodies, Imports and a variety of
restored vehicles at Adams and Magnolia Ave. Parking is available in the Ace
parking lot or Adams Avenue Donut Shop with overflow parking extending to
Drug Emporium lot across Adams. Time 6 a.m., over by approx. 8:30 a.m. No

March 18, 2006 Tour - Take a tour of the Shipley Nature
Center. Trained docents provide renovation information, answer questions,
and lead tours. You are free to wander the trails, view renovation progress,
and spot birds, turtles and other wildlife. Note that the gates are closed
for inclement weather, and the Nature Center may be closed for major holiday
weekends and the fifth Saturday in some months. Time: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
