December 6, 2007 Wetlands viewing - Birders, nature lovers and the
curious are invited to drop by the Bolsa Chica Ecological Reserve, one of
the West Coast's significant flyways for migrating birds. Bring binoculars
to enjoy even closer views of these soaring creatures. Location: Pacific
Coast Highway between Seapoint and Warner on the east side of the highway.
Enjoy 300 acres, plus a 1.5 mile loop trail. No pets or bikes
permitted on the trails. Open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.
December 6, 2007 Holiday Boutique - Joseph R. Perry Elementary is
having a Holiday Boutique from 3:00 to 8:00 pm. Perry Elementary is located
at 19231 Hardling Lane, Huntington Beach, CA 92646. There will be many
vendors there from Scrapbooking, Cooking, Jewelry, Games, and Crafts to shop
from. Funds raised will benefit programs that the Perry PTA is sponsoring.

December 6, 2007 Drive-Thru Nativity Drive-Thru Nativity - The
Annual Living Nativity features more than 200 participants who re-enact the
spirit of Christmas in an automobile drive-through event that includes
Jesus, Mary, the Three Wisemen and a cast of supporting characters that

December 6, 2007 Art - Windows Gallery in Huntington Beach Central
Library on the first floor features works from amateur and professional
artists with varied themes that range from landscapes to abstracts. This
mixed media exhibit is free to see. Location: 7111 Talbert Ave., Huntington

Snowflakes light
up the Huntington Beach Pier and Main Street through New
Year's Day. Dozens of artificial snowflakes strewn with twinkling
lights adorn light downtown Huntington Beach. They are a delight to see.
There are on the pier and stretch along Main Street from Pacific
Coast Highway to Orange Avenue. Traditionally placed along Main Street and
the Huntington Beach Pier, they are truly beautiful displays of holiday
spirit in Huntington Beach. Watch the twinkling lights reflect on the
Pacific Ocean waters below.
