It is where secrets are revealed, gossip relayed, and advice dispensed. Drama, humor and a range of emotions of the beauty shop women are explored in this play that's especially appealing to females. April 11, 2008 Art - Windows Gallery in Huntington Beach Central Library exhibit features 19th century urban planner Ildefons Cerdà . Designing the expansion of Barcelona, his plans included grids to accommodate pedestrians, carriages, urban railway lines (as yet unheard-of, and sewers to prevent frequent floods, while still addressing public enhancements through private gardens and other amenities.
