Beach Education Foundation fundraiser includes a map (upon registration) to
drive and visit Huntington Beach houses decorated in latest trends. Event
begins with a gourmet lunch and boutique at the Huntington Beach Art Center.

May 10, 2008 MADD's 5K Family Fun Walk - it's coming to Huntington
Beach. Walk like MADD to support the life saving mission and campaign to
eliminate drunk driving. Location: 21551 Pacific Coast Highway (at the beach
near Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort), Huntington Beach, CA. Cost:
$100 fundraising goal minimum. Time: 8:30 a.m. ceremonies, 9 a.m. walk

May 10, 2008 2nd Annual Surf City Lacrosse Tournament - Orange County
Lacrosse Association will sponsor a tournament with high school, middle
school and youth teams, including full field play, 40 minute games, 4 game
minimum and championship format. It will be strictly stick city when these
girls and young women come together to compete in a really cool sport that
is taking the fields by storm. Location:

May 10, 2008 Art Exhibit - Huntington Beach Art League 2008 Open
Juried Show. Windows Gallery in Huntington Beach Central Library features
works from amateur and professional artists with varied themes that range
from landscapes to abstracts. This mixed media exhibit is free to see.

Pontipee brothers live a rough, lonely existence when Adam, the eldest of
seven brothers, rides into town one day to pick up some supplies and also
picks up a headstrong bride! Millie valiantly attempts to civilize the
brothers so that they can find brides of their own. But Millie’s plan
backfires when the brothers decide to snatch six women to be their brides!
