is FREE. Age 50+ can bring the
following documents to your
appointment: Driver’s license or
I.D. card, current year’s tax
forms and preparation booklet, a
copy of last year’s income tax
return, W-2 from each employer,
unemployment compensation
statements, SA-1099 form if paid
social security benefits, all
1099 forms, all forms indicating
federal income tax paid,
dependent care provider
information, social security
numbers for all dependents, and
all receipts or canceled checks
if itemizing deductions.
Appointments fill quickly. Call
