Competitors will compete in 5 fun & exciting strongman events including: The Truck Pull The Giant Tire Flip, The Overhead Press The Farmer's Carry The Atlas Stones.  4 Divisions include Lightweight Men (under 231 lbs); Heavyweight Men (over 231 lbs); Lightweight Teen (under 185 lbs) Heavyweight Teen (over 185 lbs). March 7, 2009 Tour the Bolsa Chica Wetlands. From 9 to 10:30 a.m., docents of Amigos de Bolsa Chica organization provide free guided tours. Park at the south lot of the Bolsa Chica Ecological Reserve, across the street from the main entrance to Bolsa Chica State Beach where tours begin on the walkbridge every 15 minutes. Exploring five areas of interest, each presentation includes history, birds, endangered species, ecology and restoration.
