LOVE LETTERS February 9 - 12, 2012  By A.R. Gurney Directed by Tom Amen and Martie Ramm Love Letters tells the tale of two friends and their many letters. During nearly 50 years of correspondence, they discuss the hopes and ambitions, dreams and disappointments, laughs, victories and defeats that have passed between them throughout their separated lives. February 9  Art - Windows Gallery in Huntington Beach Central Library on the first floor features works from amateur and professional artists with varied themes that range from landscapes to abstracts. February 9  Wetlands viewing - Birders, nature lovers and the curious are invited to visit Bolsa Chica Ecological Preserve, a significant flyway for migrating birds. Binoculars recommended. Location: Pacific Coast Highway between Seapoint and Warner on the east side of the highway. 1.5 mile loop trail and 300 acres of protected wetlands!  Pets and bicycles are not permitted on the trails. February 9  Valentine's Gondola cruise in Huntington Beach from the Sunset Gondola. Location: Peter's Landing and Marina, Huntington Beach (Pacific Coast Highway @ Anderson). You can dine at Captain Jack's in Sunset Beach and schedule pick-up from restaurant.
