December 17, 2005  Saturday Car Cruisers known as the Donuts Derelicts share Hot Rods, Street Cars, Woodies, Imports and a variety of restored vehicles at Adams and Magnolia Ave. Parking is available in the Ace parking lot or Adams Avenue Donut Shop with overflow parking extending to Drug Emporium lot across Adams.  Time 6 a.m., over by approx. 8:30 a.m. No phone number available. December 17, 2005 Band -  Live music at Taco Surf. Enjoy great tunes with The Desperados at Taco Surf, a restaurant and bar serving delicious food in a casual, Mexican cantina atmosphere with several dining areas. December 17, 2005  Art - Windows Gallery in Huntington Beach Central Library is holding its annual Member's Co-op Show of the Huntington Beach Art League. Located on the first floor of the library, the exhibit features works from amateur and professional artists with varied themes that range from landscapes to abstracts. This mixed media exhibit is free to see. Membership to the nonprofit Huntington Beach art club is open to the public. December 17, 2005  Snowflakes light up the Huntington Beach Pier and Main Street through New Year's Day. Approximately 84 artificial snowflakes strewn with twinkling lights adorn light downtown Huntington Beach. They are a delight to see. There are 48 on the pier and 36 stretching along Main Street from Pacific Coast Highway to Orange Avenue. Traditionally placed along Main Street and the Huntington Beach Pier, they are truly beautiful displays of holiday spirit in Huntington Beach. Watch the twinkling lights reflect on the Pacific Ocean waters below.

The Huntington Harbour Philharmonic Committee presents the 43rd annual narrated boat tour through the waterways of Huntington Harbour. The Cruise of Lights invites visitors to see thousands of lights on boats, decks, docks and homes. The hour-long tour navigates the channels and waterways of Huntington Harbour and its manmade islands, providing a festive holiday event.  Proceeds benefit the Philharmonic Society's music outreach programs for Orange County students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
