December 2, 2005    Farmer's Market and Art A-Faire Held weekly on Friday  from Noon to Dusk (approx. 5 p.m.) Held most Fridays at the outdoor Pier Plaza next to the Huntington Beach Pier, a certified Farmer's Market sells the finest California grown fruits and vegetables, breads, nuts, flowers and perishables. December 2, 2005  Bikes to Baja Fundraiser - Do you have an old bike? The Huntington Beach Longboard Club is accepting donations of old (or new) bikes for children in Mexico. This popular event held in memory of famed surfer Blackie August culminates first in a Huntington Beach Surfing Museum Concert (TBD) and then a trip to Baja Mexico where the refurbished are given to children without bicycles.
