Restaurant Style. Learn the secret recipes from old Santa Fe S.W.
restaurants. We will smell exotic S.W. spices, chilies, and salsas. Five
recipes will be prepared in class and they are: Santa Fe layered pinto bean
dip, sopa de albondigas, chipotle shrimp tostados, savory corn pudding, and
easy chocolate cake. Xeroxed recipes will be handed out. Material fee of $10
