October 22, 2005 Oktoberfest at Old World Village Restaurant - Get out your lederhosen and learn the Chicken Dance at Oktoberfest in Huntington Beach. The event includes a live German band, dancing and tasty German foods from bratwürst with sauerkraut and potato salad to apple strudel. Shot girls in dirndl skirts sell liqueurs and a bar sells German and import beers plus mixed drinks. Oktoberfest offers adults only nights on Saturdays. This often sells out to standing room only crowds that line up and wait for an opportunity to enter the beer hall. Come early for seating. There's also outdoor patio seating for smokers.
