April 27, 2007 Farmer's Market and Art A-Faire Held
weekly on Friday from Noon to Dusk (approx. 5 p.m.) Held most Fridays
at the outdoor Pier Plaza next to the Huntington Beach Pier, a certified
Farmer's Market sells the finest California grown fruits and vegetables,
breads, nuts, flowers and perishables. The Art Fair held in conjunction with
the Farmer's Market features over 50 vendors selling unique, hand made gifts

April 27, 2007 Play - One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest by Ken Kesey.
Made famous by Jack Nicholson in a movie of this name, One Flew Over The
Cuckoo's Nest is about a prisoner who fakes insanity, believing it will be
more comfortable than jail. Transferred to a mental institution, he
discovers the hospital is run with an iron fist by a domineering nurse.

April 27, 2007 Play - Ah, Wilderness! This comedy by Eugene O'Neill
takes place around the 4th of July, 1906, and focuses on 17-year-old Richard
Miller, his family and his coming of age in Connecticut. The title derives
from Quatrain XI of Edward Fitzgerald's translation of the Rubaiyat of Omar
Khayyam, which is one of main character's favorite poems. Ah, Wilderness was
made into a movie in 1935 starring Wallace Beery, Lionel Barrymore and a
young Mickey Rooney. Festival seating tickets: $12; $10
