Huntington Beach Cruise In. Factory Five Racing 6th annual HB Cruise In includes car show and awards on Saturday, music from Noon - 2 p.m. with two bands -- the Nomads surf band on Main Street and Stevie G on Pier Plaza, meet Dave Smith and the Crew from Factory Five Racing, Main Street (between Olive & PCH) reserved for FFRs and car show carries over to Pier Plaza, plus new Sunday, Apr. 28 autocross event added.

Spring Festival at Shipley Nature Center. Time: 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Maypole begins at 11 a.m. Southern California Dulcimer Heritage musicians perform 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. Events include interactive family participation: Butterfly House, Crafts, Face Painting, Games, Live Animals, Maypole Dance and Nature Walk.
Nature Group Displays include: Amigos de Bolsa Chica, California Master Gardeners, Huntington Beach Tree Society, Inside the Outdoors, O.C. Emblem 3 - 'Goin Back 2 Cali’ Homecoming Event. Location: Pacific Coast Highway between Beach Blvd and Newland (Parking Lot 10), Huntington Beach, CA. The event kicks off at 6:30 p.m. and the band will do an acoustic performance & more! Make sure to arrive early as the first 500 people in line will receive access to a signing session with E3! Donut Derelicts - Big Car Show. It's actually one of the oldest meet-ups in California featuring rods, collectors, kits, classics--you name it. No charge. Location Adams Ave. & Magnolia - Ace Parking Lot. Time: 6-9 a.m. Cost: Free to see.

Peter's Landing Farmer's Market with Petting Zoo and Crafts Fair. Enjoy live entertainment, food vendors (Mi Gusta Tamales of Pacoima sells out early,) artwork reprints of local beach scenes from local Anderson Art Gallery, great magnetic jewelry, candles, clothes, and of course, the incredible produces and farm fresh vegetables and fruits. Battle Shark Challenge - U.S. Army Future Soldier Training event is free to see. Events include physical fitness test, customs & courtesies exam, team building activities and nearly 1,000 future soldiers' test requirements practiced in this public event that kids and adults love to watch. Fitcamp - on the Beach Meetup with Shane Roberts. A group of volunteers trying to spread health awareness in the local community of Huntington Beach, California and the surrounding cities. Three Saturdays per month, they offer a FREE Morning Fitcamp at 9am on the Beach on the South side of the H.B. Pier!
