Beachcruiser Meet, March 21-22. The annual cool car show in
downtown Huntington Beach features classic "woods", pre 76 cars,
some rods, some customs, and lots of classics. 400 are showing their
stuff on Main Street and Huntington Beach Pier. Time: 8 a.m.
Awards presented by the mayor of HB, and sister city mayor from New
Zealand at 2 p.m., corner of Main & Walnut.
Strongman Competition - an easy walk from Beachcruiser Meet. Time: 10 a.m. Location: Parking lot on Huntington Street off of Pacific Coast Highway right next to the beach (across the street from the Huntington Beach Hilton). This show will be facilitated by East Coast West Coast Strength Speed & Conditioning and The Freak Factory‘s Kevin Kinzy, Beau Gertz, Ralph Sulsona, Pete Danahy and Jon Hergert, the pioneers of the sport of strongman on the West Coast.
