April 12, 2008 Art - Windows Gallery in Huntington Beach Central Library exhibit features 19th century urban planner Ildefons Cerdà. Designing the expansion of Barcelona, his plans included grids to accommodate pedestrians, carriages, urban railway lines and sewers to prevent frequent floods, while still addressing public enhancements through private gardens and other amenities.  Free to see. April 12, 2008  Art Exhibit - Milford Zornes, N.A., American Artist. Honoring the works of one of America's esteemed artists, oil paintings that have never been exhibited until now are featured in the rare collection of art by Zornes, who passed away in February after reaching 100 years of age.  Anderson Art Gallery is the top dealer of Zornes art.
