The day will include interactive booths and games that explore all aspects of the wetlands! April 4, 2009 Tour the Bolsa Chica Wetlands. From 9 to 10:30 a.m., docents of Amigos de Bolsa Chica organization provide free guided tours. Park at the south lot of the Bolsa Chica Ecological Reserve, across the street from the main entrance to Bolsa Chica State Beach where tours begin on the walkbridge every 15 minutes. Exploring five areas of interest, each presentation includes history, birds, endangered species, ecology and restoration. Liberty Tax Service is also holding a Cell Phones for Soldiers collection drive during the same week. April 4, 2009 Godspell, musical. Featuring Stephen Schwartz's musical score, "Godspell" boasts a string of well-loved songs, led by the international hit, "Day By Day." The Christian-themed musical is based on the Gospel According to St. Matthew. As the cast performs "Prepare Ye The Way Of The Lord," "Learn Your Lessons Well," "All For The Best," "All Good Gifts," "Turn Back, O Man" and "By My Side," the parables of Jesus Christ come to life. Director Tim Nelson and Choreographers Jennifer Simpson-Matthews & Diane Makas-Weber have assembled an All-Star cast of ten performers showcasing their multitude of talent in this classic show.
