Grunion Run is Back in Town!
This annual event to catch the
slippery silversides makes for a
late night meal that's both
delicious and nutritious. Must
have fishing license to catch
them, and can only catch 'em
with your hands. That's the
State of California's rules. If
you don't have a license, you
won't be allowed to fish, as
most beaches are closed that
late (except for San Diego
County beaches). Location:
Huntington State Beach, Bolsa
Chica State Beach and Huntington
City Beach. Time: Expected run
time is 9:55 to 11:55 p.m.
