November 16 Blackies Bicycles for Baja Fundraiser - Do you have old bicycles and kids' sports equipment such as volley, basket and soccer balls that are in good condition order? From now till early December you can donate them to the HB Longboard Crew nonprofit organization. November 16 Wetlands viewing -The public is invited to visit the Bolsa Chica Ecological Reserve, a significant flyway for migrating birds. Binoculars recommended. Location: Pacific Coast Highway between Seapoint and Warner on the east side of the highway. 1.5 mile loop trail and 300 acres of protected wetlands! Pets and bicycles are not permitted on the trails. Open sunrise to dusk.
