September 30, 2005 Farmer's Market and Art
A-Faire Held weekly on Friday from Noon to Dusk (approx. 5 p.m.) Held
most Fridays at the outdoor Pier Plaza next to the Huntington Beach Pier, a
certified Farmer's Market sells the finest California grown fruits and
vegetables, breads, nuts, flowers and perishables. The Art Fair held in
conjunction with the Farmer's Market features over 50 vendors selling

Get out your lederhosen and learn the Chicken Dance at Oktoberfest in
Huntington Beach. The event includes entertainment with German bands,
dancing and tasty German foods. A variety of German and assorted beers on

Surfing Competition - The Toes On the Nose Longboard Surfing event is
comprised of two competitions, the Mens Pro Open and the Womens World
Championship. You can view the event from the beach or the pier. Toes On the
Nose Longboard Surfing Competition will take place at Huntington City Beach
South of the Huntington Beach Pier at the intersection of Pacific Coast
