Surf & Art Walk - Surf & Art WALK is a two-day event hosted by
Huntington Beach Downtown Business Improvement District (HBDBID) in
conjunction with the City of Huntington Beach. This free weekend festival
will be held on the first through third blocks of Main Street on Saturday,
September 15 and Sunday, September 16, 2007. The event includes Live
entertainment, kids activities, cars, motorcycles, booths, fashion, art and
a movie. Tentative scheduled activities (subject to change). Events and
activities both days: Car show- location: Electric Chair parking lot at 410
Main Street (4th block); Surfing Bands Start at 11:00 AM and will be
intertwined with other bands during the two day event. Band location: Main
and Pacific Coast Highway; Hourly raffle at the BID Information booth
for "free admission tickets" to the Aquarium of the Pacific; Harley
Davidson, custom motor cycle exhibit both days on the first block; Kids
activities on Olive and Walnut, throughout the event; Art Exhibit Saturday
from 3-6 PM in the following restaurants: Beach Front 301,
No Ka Oi, The Longboard Restaurant & Pub, Dukes Huntington Beach, Silvera's
Steakhouse, Luggatti's Italian Grill, Spark Woodfire Grill Cooking. Surf
Movie "Step Into Liquid" with director Q&A Saturday from 7:15 - 9 PM.
Free outdoor movie at corner of Main & Olive (bring your own lawn chair),
Guest appearance Q & A session from director and writer, Dana Brown,
Exhibits from Huntington Beach International Surfing Museum. Fashion Show
Saturday from 2 to 2:45 p.m. at stage in front of Huntington Surf & Sport
includes new styles for fall 2007, Huntington Beach downtown merchant
fashions to preview in one exciting show, local fashion models. Location:
Main Street and bounded by Pacific Coast Highway, Orange Ave., 5th St. and

September 16, 2007 Bolsa Chica Wetlands and Mesa Tour. Bolsa Chica
Land Trust nonprofit organization sponsors a monthly (3rd Sunday) docent-led
tour. It makes five stops along the walkbridge and loop trails of the
wetlands. Sun protection, comfortable shoes and binoculars are recommended.
