Opening the Hyatt Regency Resort & Spa's Californian
restaurant could have been daunting. But
Chef Navadi eagerly took the challenge and
has enjoyed seven years of creating
interesting cuisine world travelers expect.
His unique and flavorful dishes make use of
California's bounty of fresh fruits,
vegetables, meats and wines. Always raising
the bar, he has used artisan cheeses to
create artisan-style plates that are works
of art in their own right. The public is
invited to dine at this restaurant that
serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.
