will include the
Weiner National Dachshund Races.
The 12th Annual Dachshund races are lively
entertainment. The public can register their
dachshunds to race. Races begin around 3

Citizen (CGC) Test Certification. In
celebration of the annual AKC Responsible
Dog Ownership Day, the Standard Schnauzer
Club of Southern California invites the
general public and all dogs to participate
in this program, designed to reward dogs
that have good manners at home and in the
community. CGC stresses responsible pet
ownership and basic good manners for dogs.
Have your dog pass the 10-step test and
receive a certificate from the AKC! Dogs
must demonstrate basic manners (sit, stay,
behave around other dogs and humans, etc.).
Tests are conducted by a certified AKC
evaluator. Cost: $15 per dog evaluated.
